📦 Refund Eligibility

We offer limited refunds only under the following conditions:

✅ 1. Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally paid for the same course twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction upon verification.

✅ 2. Technical Access Failure (Platform Issue)

If you are unable to access your course due to a verified technical issue on our platform, and we are unable to resolve it within 5 working days, you may be eligible for a full refund.

✅ 3. Refund Request Within 48 Hours (Unused Course Only)

If you enroll in a course and do not access or download any content, you may request a cancellation and refund within 48 hours of purchase.

To be eligible:

  • You must send a written request within 48 hours of payment

  • No course content should have been accessed or downloaded

 
❌ Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after accessing course materials

  • Failure to complete the course within the access period

  • Inability to meet certification criteria or assignment deadlines

  • Late requests beyond the 48-hour window

  • Courses purchased at a discount, promotional rate, or as part of a group/institutional package

  • Misunderstanding of course content or certification terms (clearly outlined in course overview)

 
🔄 Transfer or Credit Option

If you’re unable to proceed with a course, we may offer a one-time transfer to another eligible course or issue a learning credit valid for 6 months. This is granted at the discretion of the CTS support team and only upon reasonable justification.
