You are physically and mentally fit to engage in this type of training.
You take full responsibility for your own health and safety.
You will practice with care and seek supervision when attempting any physical technique.
CTS and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages arising from the use or misuse of techniques demonstrated.
👶 3. Working with Minors and Vulnerable Populations
CTS places high importance on ethical instruction, especially when working with children or vulnerable groups.
All instructors must:
Comply with the POCSO Act and local child safety laws.
Maintain appropriate physical boundaries.
Ensure parental consent is obtained for all minor participants.
CTS is not liable for any unauthorized instruction or misconduct by third-party trainers or institutions claiming association with CTS.
🎓 4. Certification & Instructor Conduct
CTS certifications are awarded based on completion of coursework, assessments, and video submissions. Certification does not authorize instructors to use excessive force, act as law enforcement, or offer unauthorized legal advice.
Misuse of the CTS name, branding, or materials may result in revocation of certification and legal action.

All training videos, lesson plans, downloadable PDFs, images, and brand assets are the exclusive property of CTS Self Defence.
You may not reproduce, resell, or republish any content without express written permission.
